Britt brashear
Mountain Arrow Events and Rentals began after Britt planned her own wedding in Durango, CO. With over a decade as an educator, she developed a foundation in leadership, clarity, and thoughtful structure–strengths that now anchor her approach to event planning. After her formal training and certification in planning and design through the Wedding Academy, Mountain Arrow has become what it is today. Britt leads each celebration with a design-first perspective, intentionality, and steady composure ensuring every detail feels intentional while the planning process remains grounded and well guided.
Co-Founder + Rentals
Ben Brashear
Ben is husband to Britt and the co-founder of Mountain Arrow Rentals. He has called Southwest Colorado home since 1991 and is a bit of a Jack-of-all-trades. With a deep local and regional expertise he serves our destination clients well, his skills as a professional photographer inform venue layout and timing, and his willingness to solve any problem ensures the behind-the-scenes of each event runs smoothly. He leads our rental operations and manages our collection so every piece integrates seamlessly into each design.
